The name KingDUMB is intentional.

D.U.M.B. means Deciding to Understand My Bible.

Understanding Scripture does not happen by accident. It begins with a decision: a decision to read more carefully, ask better questions, study the context, recognize God’s purpose, and allow His Word to shape how we think and live.

KingDUMB is about making that decision again and again.

It is choosing not to remain a passive reader of the Bible, but to become an intentional student of it. Throughout this handbook, you will slow down, look deeper, connect what you are reading to the larger story of Scripture, and learn to recognize the Kingdom truths woven throughout Genesis.

The goal is not simply to know more Bible facts. The goal is to understand what God has said, why it matters, and how His Word should change you.

So when we say KingDUMB, we are making a declaration:

I am Deciding to Understand My Bible.
